A review that leads somewhere
First: review against the agreed scope
Use HANDOFF.md to compare the delivered items with the acceptance criteria. Separate defects from new requests. Point to the document or section when giving feedback.
Then: collect one consolidated response
Record the requested change, its reason, and its priority. Resolve conflicting stakeholder feedback before sending the review back.
Finally: close the handoff intentionally
Confirm which version is accepted, where the durable copy lives, and who owns any follow-up. Temporary access is a review mechanism, not a backup plan.
